We use Salesforce to store personal information about contacts (such as clients, potential clients, and other relevant persons). By providing us with your email address, you consent to us contacting you for a related purpose to which it was collected (for example, about our services). We will not disclose your personal information to any other agency or person without your consent, or unless permitted by law. The messages you receive from us will have instructions for how you can remove yourself from our mailing list.
At Allen + Clarke, we take all reasonable steps to protect personal data from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. We have a range of physical and technology policies in place to provide a robust security environment and ensure the ongoing adequacy of these measures by regularly reviewing them. In doing so, we comply with the Privacy Act 2020.
