Who should apply
The Allen + Clarke Pro Bono Programme supports purpose-led, community focused organisations to deliver projects of all sizes and locations across Aotearoa. Each chosen applicant may receive up to 250 hours for their project, which could be used to support the completion of an entire, smaller project or provide pro bono time as part of a large project. In previous years we have helped recipients tackle a huge range of projects, including; strengthening their operations, maximising funding, understanding industry best practices, assessing current policies and governance structures, preparing for change, and much more.
1 in 10 of last years’ applicants were selected to receive some level of support as we try and share our expertise across a range of organisations, locations and projects, helping to maximise the impact made on communities. The selected recipients range from smaller organisations that are focussed on a specific group of people in a local community, for example, Wellington Homeless Woman’s Trust, to larger organisations that support a community throughout Aotearoa, for example, Multiple Sclerosis NZ.
All applications reviewed by the panel, are considered against the judging criteria and receive feedback from the panel.
